SnapPost is an AI assistant for businesses. You add a photo or short video and a title, SnapPost generates captions and hashtags, and you can publish or schedule the post to Facebook and Instagram.
SnapPost is built for businesses of all sizes — cafes, restaurants, salons, boutiques, retail stores, real estate, electronics, bakeries, agencies, service providers, and more.
No. SnapPost works for many business categories. Set your business category in your profile, and SnapPost can suggest captions, hashtags, and poster templates matched to your business type.
From Home, tap Create Today's Post. Choose Photo or Video, take or pick media, enter a title, pick a post style, then continue. For photos, you can optionally enable AI Image Enhancement. Review the result, then publish or schedule it.
You can create daily updates, offers, discount posts, festival greetings, product promotions, new arrivals, food posts, salon posts, real estate posts, electronics posts, and other local business marketing posts.
Ready to Post templates are pre-designed poster layouts available on Home. Pick a category, choose a template, add your photo and details, and create a polished post without starting from scratch.
Some template-based flows may allow you to create a post using a topic, offer, or business details. For the best visual result, uploading a relevant photo is recommended.
Batch Create lets Pro users add multiple photos at once and generate a week of posts in one session. Free users can upgrade from Settings when they tap Batch Create.
When enabled, SnapPost improves photo quality with AI — including brightness, clarity, colors, and details — before creating your post. You can turn it on or off on the Take Photo screen.
Yes. AI Image Enhancement is optional for photos. You can turn it off and still generate captions, hashtags, and post content.
No. For videos, SnapPost focuses on writing captions and hashtags. It does not apply AI video enhancement or visual editing to the video.
On the camera screen, tap Video. Record a new clip or choose one from your gallery, up to the app's supported limits. SnapPost optimizes and uploads the file, writes the caption and hashtags, and shows a preview before you publish or schedule.
Yes. After your video finishes uploading on the result screen, tap Schedule and pick a date and time. SnapPost publishes to your connected Facebook Page and/or Instagram Business account when the scheduled time arrives, within your plan limits.
Facebook videos are published to your connected Facebook Page as video posts. Instagram videos are published as Reels. Connect both platforms in Settings > Social Setup if you want to target either or both.
For direct Instagram publishing and scheduling, you need an Instagram Business or Creator account connected to a Facebook Page. Manual download and copy features can still be used without connecting Instagram.
After creating a post, choose Schedule and pick a date and time. Scheduled posts appear on the Scheduled tab. SnapPost publishes photos and videos automatically when the time arrives, within your plan limits.
Yes. After reviewing the generated post, you can publish it immediately to your connected Facebook Page and/or Instagram account.
Yes. You can copy the generated caption and hashtags separately and use them anywhere.

Free includes limited AI generations, auto-posts, active scheduled posts, and visible history. Pro unlocks higher limits, Batch Create, more poster templates, and full history access. You can manage your subscription in Settings.
If you reach your monthly or plan-based limit, you may need to wait until the limit resets or upgrade to a higher plan if available.
Open Settings in SnapPost and go to the subscription section. If you purchased through the App Store or Google Play, cancellation and billing are managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
Go to History, open the failed post, check the error reason, fix the issue, and tap Retry. Common causes include expired connection, missing permissions, account changes, unsupported media, or internet issues. Failed alerts can also appear in Notifications after you dismiss the home banner.
A scheduled post may remain pending if the scheduled time has not arrived, your social account needs reconnection, your plan limit has been reached, or the app is waiting for the publishing system to process it.
Yes. In Settings, you can switch between English and Hindi. Some screens may refresh on the next load after you change the language.
